Been Hibernating

I don't know if it is because of our last name, but I am a sucker for a bear, especially a napping bear! This is Fred Bear from My Favorite Things. I colored him with copies and then matted the image onto a green card stock panel. I still had the Authentique loyal pad on my desk so I added some of that and used the postage stamp border die with a strip of brown card stock. I cut the blue ribbon flag and added the zzz's. I forgot to photograph the inside of the card, but I stamped the sentiment, I haven't been ignoring you...I was hibernating! Think it will be perfect for a friend that I haven't been in touch with for a while.
Thanks for looking!

Sweet Hello

This little cutie with the coffee is Ellie Loves Lattes from Your Next Stamp. I colored her with copies and then cut the image out with an oval Nestabilities die. I added some hand drawn black lines and green pearls to the edge. For the card base I used my new Authentique Loyal patterned paper and added a blue border cut with a postage stamp die from MFT. The Sweet Hello is stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black.

Happy Birthday Doodlebird!

First off my apologies for the poor picture quality, not sure what the heck happened. {The truth is I wouldn't usually post this but it is for Gracie's birthday. Need to remember next time to check the picture quality before I drop the card in the mail!}
Gracie is three years old today. Hard to believe, my little doodlebird is growing up so fast.
The cutie hiding behind the presents is a stamp from DigiStamp Boutique. I colored her with copics and then cut the image out. I stamped the Wish BIG sentiment and then cut it out with a flag die. I added some pink rhinestones. The patterned papers are from My Mind's Eye Hip Hooray and Fine and Dandy.
Happy Birthday Gracie---Mimi loves you!!!

Thanks a latte!

I finally had an hour to myself in my stamp room last night. I have had this new set from Market Street Stamps called Daily Grind and have been dying to get inky. I stamped the coffee cup in brown ink and colored it real quick with copics. I cut the image out with an EK Success label punch and then layered onto a circle. The patterned paper is Echo Park's This and That. In keeping with the coffee theme, I ran the green card stock through my crimper. I finished it off with some pearls (colored matching brown with copics) and a sentiment banner cut with a MFT die.
Note: the kraft card base is some new kraft card stock from MFT--love it! Highly recommend it!
Feels so good to have ink on my fingers.
Thanks for stopping by!
