Hello
I made this card for last week's PCP color challenge. The required colors were pink, teal, white and kraft brown. The stamp set is from Lawn Fawn. I stamped it and then heat embossed it with some black embossing powder. I used my Nestabilities die to cut all the circles out and ran the white cardstock through my cuttlebug with the seeing spots folder. Love it when it comes together quick and simple!

Princess
This little cutie is from Tiddly Inks. I am going to enter it in the PCP Color Challenge. I do have to admit that this challenge had me stumped for a little bit, it calls for yellow, orange, purplish/red, brown and black! That is a whole lot of color but I am really happy with the final result.

Sweet Little Bird
This stamp is an oldie but a goodie. I bought it a while back from Elzybells. She had some of the cutest stuff, I miss her shop! I colored the image with copics and then cut it out with a circle die. To get the green scalloped frame (that I saw on someone else's blog a while back) I cut the scalloped circle and then cut the center out with a smaller circle. Gives a little bit different look with the scalloped circles on top rather than under the image. I added red gems to the red scallops for just a little sparkle.

Button Card
This is a new stamp set called Button Boutique released in February by Papertrey Ink. As soon as I saw it I was instantly reminded of my Grandma's sewing room. She was the best seamstress I have ever known. When my oldest daughter was little she would pick what she wanted to be for Halloween and within a few days Grandma had the perfect costume ready for her. Wish I had some of her talent, but no matter how hard I try I can't seem to sew a straight line! My Grandma has been gone for quite a few years, but I know my Mom will love this card and will instantly remember her Mom and all the beautiful things she used to lovingly sew.
I stamped the tag with Lemon Tart pigment ink and then cut it out. I added some twine to the buttons and then added some ribbon. The patterned paper is more of my new Lily Bee stack. Can't wait to drop this in the mail to my Mom.
