Personalized Sign

As a Christmas gift last year I made a sign for one of my daughter's teachers. She got married over the summer so I made a new one for her at the start of the school year.
I cut the brown base and pink layer from cardstock I had on hand. The letters were cut on my Cricut. The patterned paper are scraps--I think most are My Mind's Eye. I used a die to cut them out and then sewed them on. The flowers were cut with a flower die from My Favorite Things and the green leaves are from a Martha Stewart punch. I added some brown ribbon to hang it and finished it off with a bit of pink baker's twine.
