This is another adorable image from
There She Goes stamps. I paper pieced her umbrella to match the Echo Park Little Girl patterned paper and colored her with copics. I layered the image onto a Nestabilities big scalloped oval and then embossed the umbrella in white onto bright pink cardstock to make it pop!
For the inside I added some more of the Echo Park paper and stamped the sentiment. Added some boots that I also embossed in white to finish it off. Think this will make a great card for my Mom, letting her know that Spring will be here soon!
