I wasn't sure what I was going to do for this one, I wasn't sure I even had patterned paper with yellow and grey in it. Well low and behold after a quick search I found a perfect pad--My Mind's Eye to the rescue.
This little cutie is from the There She Goes Under The Weather stamp set. I haven't inked her up in a while, but once I had the paper picked out I knew she would be perfect. I colored her with copics and then used my new topic air brush to lay down a little color on the base. I cut her out and then paper pieced her umbrella, coat, and boots with My Mind's Eye Lost Sunshine. I added some black gems to her coat and colored the little heart in to finish her off. I cut the cloud using a die from The Cat's Pajamas and popped it and the little weather girl up with pop dots. The last finishing touch was to add more black gems to the corner.

Super Cute!!! This is such a sweet set and I love the way you paper-pieced her bits (I am a paper-piecing freak;)...and my fave TCP cloud border die too!!! I am in love:) Thanks for playing along in this weeks TSG colour challenge:)
